Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with all seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or if the protective seal has been removed, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and make it right, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
However, this right does not apply to cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened, used, or unsealed, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at ikramirazayn@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, with all seals intact, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not.
If approved:
- You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
- Original standard shipping costs (if applicable under EU law) will be refunded
- Express shipping costs are non-refundable
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
